Enhancing the Quality of Two Species of Baby Leaves Sprayed with Moringa Leaf Extract as Biostimulant

Natural biostimulants obtained by plants are intensively used nowadays to improve crop yield and quality. The current study aimed evaluate the effects of leaf extract moringa (Moringa oleifera Lam.) In fact, BN treatment reduced antioxidant activity (2.2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)) 54%, CL increased this parameter 40%. For phenolic concentration sugar content values recorded significantly compared CL, where significant reduction registered. showed (?70%) nitrate plants; negative effect was, instead, observed BN, an increase 60%. Results how foliar application effective improving various nutraceutical parameters, particular kale, because it appears be species-specific response.
